1. Withdrawal Information

Right of Withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 Days - without the need to indicate a reason - by sending us an Email or by returning the items BEFORE the end of the 14 Day withdrawal period.
The 14 Day withdrawal period starts after you reveice this withdrawal information but not before you receive your order. The Withdrawal has to be send to:

Withdrawal Consequences

In case of a valid withdrawal you need to send us all items back and we will return your payment.
In case you can not return the ordered items to us or just parts of it, or only in bad condition you will be charged for the loss in value unless the bad condition of the returned items was caused by testing the items as you could have tested them in a retail store.
In general you can avoid any loss of value of items if you use them very carefully, avoiding any damage and do not use them as an owner until you´re sure you want to keep them.
You have to cover shipping costs for the return of the ordered items.
Payments must be returned within 30 Days. The 30 day period starts for you with sending your withdrawal declaration or returning the items , for us with receiving it.

2. Closing a Contract

The Contract will be closed at the time we ship your order.

By placing an order at our onlineshop you are giving us a binding offer to close a deal with you.

During the Checkout process you can check all order-details like name, payment method, shipping address, ordered items, etc. under Step 3 "Check your order" please correct them if necessary before you send your order.

You are placing an order if you enter all necessary data during the Checkout-process and send the order form to us by clicking "buy now" during Step 3 "check your order" of the checkout process.

We will then send you a confirmation that we received your order.
By shipping your order we will accept your offer to close a contract with you.

3. Contract Text Storage

We will store your order and the personal data you entered for ordering purposes.
After passing the checkout process with the final step 3 (check your order) and clicking the "buy now" button you will get an onscreen "thank you we received your order" confirmation. After that you will then receive an orderconfirmation email for your files.

5. Reservation of Proprietary Rights

Until we receive full payment all delivered Items remain property of

6. Payment-, Terms of Delivery, Delay of Payment

We ship within 5 business days after receiving your payment if not stated otherwise in the item information.

Items are being shipped after receiving 100% payment via paypal or banktransfer.
Purchases on account have to be paid within 14 Days after receiving your Order.

In case of late payment we reserve the right to charge dunning costs and moratory interests ( 5 % above European Centralbank base rate p.a. )

7. Warranty

Warranty is based on german legal Warranty rights.
